The Constitutional Court has published the Constitutional Litigation Procedures Guidelines in Arabic and English, said the Court's General Secretariat.
The directory explains the procedures followed by the court regarding how to lodge a constitutional lawsuit, case registration, hearing and adjudication.

The court also re-published the Law of Establishment of the Constitutional Court, also bilingually which was promulgated under Law Decree 27/2002 and amended Law Decree 38/2012, in its second edition.
