Head of the Military Judiciary Brigadier Dr. Yusuf Rashid Flaifel today said the High Military Court has issued a decision banning the publication of any information, data or news by any audio-visual, electronic or written media pertaining to Terror Case/2017/1 concerning the court trial of members of the terrorist cell that plotted attacks against the BDF.

The decision aims to maintain the general interest and the safety of evidences and to ensure witnesses' right to legal protection.
The ban does not extend to the sources that will be authorised by the Court.
