The Cairo Court of Appeal turned down a request by two members of the Brotherhood group Essam el Erian and Mohamed el Beltagy to disqualify judges in the guidance office incidents case.
The Brotherhood loyalists face charges of premeditated murder and inciting killings of peaceful demonstrators outside the group's guidance office in Mokattam neighborhood during the June 30, 2013 revolution rallies.
Earlier, Erian and el Beltagy called for changing judges in their retrial in the guidance office incidents case.
