Cairo criminal court on Sunday sentenced Wagdy Ghoneim, in absentia, and two others, in presence, to death for forming Muslim Brotherhood terrorist cells in Ain Shams to commit violent and terrorist actions against state institutions and people.

The court also sentenced five others, including two in absentia, to serve 25 years in prison.
