Parliament’s Assistant Secretary for Resources and Services, Yasser Al-Shirawi, today held a coordination meeting with the Secretariat’s delegation, which will be participating in a workshop on (Parliamentary strategic planning) on January 15-17 in Scotland.
The programme aims to improve the performance of the Secretariat’s staff through engaging them in qualification and training programmes to increase their knowledge and expertise.
It also targets strengthening partnership with Westminster Foundation for Democracy, as well as learning about international experiences in the parliamentary strategic planning.
