Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, DEWA, is getting ready to participate at GITEX Technology Week 2017, which will take place from 8th-12th October at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
DEWA will have its own stand, S2-D1, and will be also part of the Dubai Smart Government pavilion, the technology arm of the Smart Dubai initiative, to transform Dubai into the smartest and happiest city in the world.
DEWA is set to show its latest technical achievements and its smart and innovative services and initiatives to improve customers’ experience and achieve their happiness.
DEWA has launched a campaign to encourage customers to use its smart and innovative services, offering them the opportunity to win daily and grand prizes totalling AED400,000.
Customers who have conducted at least one smart transaction between the beginning of January and the end of September 2017 will enter a draw to win 25 prizes during GITEX. Customers who used DEWA’s smart app and website, Dubai Smart Government’s smart payment channels (such as mobile payment, mPay, and DubaiNow app, Etisalat payment machines, Emirates NBD cheque deposit machines, or bank smart services), will qualify to enter the draw.
Customers who use the Auto Payment feature between September and December 2017 via DEWA’s smart app and the DubaiNow app, will qualify to enter the draw to win 20 grand prizes.
