Dubai Judicial Institute, DJI, has announced that it is participating in the 37th edition of GITEX Technology Week 2017, which will run until 12th October.

Reflecting its own vision to be the regional centre for legal and judicial excellence, DJI is participating within the Smart Dubai Government platform – the technical arm of Smart Dubai – which aims to transform Dubai into the smartest and happiest city in the world.

Commenting on DJI participation in GITEX, Judge Dr. Jamal Al Sumaiti, Director-General of DJI, said, "During GITEX Technology Week, we will launch a number of projects while also highlighting a range of technological achievements that have already been presented to the public. We aim to give our visitors a full overview of DJI’s technology initiatives, which are focused on supporting our leadership’s directives to make Dubai the smartest city in the world. Our participation will introduce our services and smart initiatives, and spread judicial awareness among the public."

During the event, DJI is working with other government institutions to highlight Dubai's move towards becoming the smartest city in the world via the adoption of the latest technologies and the development of solutions and applications that enhance customer comfort and convenience.
