Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the Federal National Council, FNC, has said that the UAE is keen to exploit and invest in human resources, thanks to the wisdom of its leadership.
The FNC has contributed to the building of the UAE and its comprehensive renaissance process, owing to the unlimited support of the leadership, she added.
During her meeting yesterday with the National Defence College delegation, led by Brigadier Hamad Juma Al Neyadi, Deputy Commander of National Defence College, Dr. Al Qubaisi highlighted the fact that the establishment of the FNC coincided with the establishment of the union, through implementing its legislative and supervisory duties, as well as parliamentary diplomacy, and had an important role in building the country, ruled by laws and institutions, besides promoting the participation of the citizens in the decision-making process, she emphasised.
The FNC is working in coordination with the government, which contributed towards strengthening the cornerstones of the renaissance project that the leadership aspires to achieve, in light of the directives of the leadership under President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates.

She affirmed that this was the methodology of late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Al Neyadi praised the important and efficient role played by the FNC at the local and international levels in serving the nation and expressed his appreciation for its generous hospitality during their visit.
