Leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) affirmed at the end of their 37th summit in Manama the importance of preserving Syria's stability.
In the closing statement, which was issued at the 37th Summit in Manama, leaders of the supreme council of the Gulf leaders, welcomed the decision by the Human Rights Council which condemned the repeated and systematic violations committed by the Syrian regime in Syria.
The leaders discussed political, security and economic issues to ensure more cooperation and integration among the GCC states for the prosperity of people in the region.
They also discussed the decisions and recommendations made by various Ministerial Committees, the GCC Consultative Authority and the GCC Secretariat General on various fields.
