Higher Learning and National Education Minister, Marwan Hamadeh, on Monday condemned the horrid terrorist crime committed by Daech against the military hostages.

The minister has simultaneously blasted what he described as "political maneuvers that aborted certain mediations and negotiations, and subsequently prevented a possible exchange that could have saved the lives of the military hostages
