The President of the Council of Ministers Saad Hariri expressed his strong condemnation of the terrorist crimes that took place yesterday in Spain. He said on Twitter: "total condemnation and full solidarity with Spain and its people in the face of blind terrorism in Barcelona."
Prime Minister Hariri met today at the Center House with Army Commander General Joseph Aoun and Army Intelligence Director Brig. Gen. Tony Mansour and discussed with them the security situation in the country, especially in the northern Bekaa, in light of the measures taken by the army to confront the terrorist organizations in the region.
Hariri also received the Chairman of the Banking Control Commission of Lebanon Samir Hamoud, and the Government Coordinator to the United Nations, Brigadier General Malek Chamas
