Interior Minister Madgy Abdel Ghaffar allowed on prisoner Wagdy Wasfy to attend the memorial service of his mother at a Shoubra church in Cairo.

Cairo Security Chief Maj. Gen. Khaled Abdel Aal ordered a security force to accompany the prisoner till the memorial service is over.

The prisoner's family thanked Abdel Ghaffar for this humanitarian gesture.
