Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah received a letter from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas dealing with bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them.
It was handed over by Palestinian Ambassador to Kuwait Rami Tahboub during a meeting today with Amiri Court Affairs Deputy Minister Shaikh Ali Jarrah.
