The Lebanese armed forces (LAF) on Monday bombed with heavy artillery and mortars the posts of armed militants at the country's eastern borders with Syria, the Lebanese official news agency NNA reported.

    The shelling targeted militant posts in the outskirts of Qaa and Rass Baalbek, after suspicious movements were spotted, NNA reported.
