Naval units from the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and visiting French frigate Montcalm held training exercise off the shore of Beirut seaport. 

The training is part of the cooperation between the armies of both nations. 

The exercise included firefighting, aiding wounded people, and lifting gear and personnel from boats via military choppers.
