MP Walid Khoury on Thursday indicated that the state budget law needed a constitutional amendment following 12 years of failure to endorse it.

Interviewed by Voice of Lebanon radio station, Khoury hoped that the government would be able to resolve the budget accounts' auditing issue within the deadline set by the Parliament.

"All sides agree on the necessity to finalize the 2018 budget with the reforms that will be approved by the Parliament," he concluded
