Army Intelligence officers apprehended a Lebanese taxi driver belonging to Ahmad Assir's group, in connection with the foiled suicide attack on Costa café in Hamra, National News Agency correspondent reported on Tuesday. 

The suspect was arrested in the Sidon area of Sainik.
