Three rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip into Ashkelon city in southern Israel, JPost reported Wednesday. \"Code Red\" warning sirens sounded in Ashkelon and surrounding areas early this morning, an Israeli army spokesperson confirmed. Shortly after the sirens went off, three rockets fell in open areas, landing in Palestinian areas, Israel Radio reported. No damage or injuries were reported.
