The Executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) on Saturday called for holding an exceptional meeting of the National Council, or the Palestinian parliament.
In its meeting at the presidency's headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah, the committee condemned the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.
The meeting was chaired by President Mahmoud Abbas and attended by Prime Minister Rami Hamdullah.
The committee also condemned the Israeli government's decision to confiscate lands in Bethlehem.
