President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika addressed a message of congratulations to Malian counterpart Ibrahim Boubacar Keita on the occasion of 58th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Mali. The Head of the State hailed the "excellent relations of friendship, solidarity and good neighborhood" between the two countries.
