Prosecutor General Nabil Sadeq has ordered an investigation into a power cut at the Terminal 3 of the Cairo International Airport.

A prosecution team was tasked to inspect the scene and determine the reasons behind the the incident.

A failure of electricity generators after a power outage caused confusion in the building's traffic and delayed the departure of some flights.
