MP Salim Salhab on Wednesday maintained that the return of Prime Minister Saad Hariri to Lebanon must be coupled with a national dialogue to discuss the upcoming stage.

Interviewed by VDL radio station, the lawmaker said "there are foreign confirmations and guarantees for Hariri’s return."
