The Martyrs’ Families’ Affairs Office at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court on Thursday announced the completion of the second batch of homes for the martyrs’ families that would be presented on Eid Al Fitr in implementation of the Year of Giving initiative launched by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Director of the Martyrs’ Families’ Affairs Office at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, said they are proud to serve the nation’s martyrs who sacrificed their lives to defend the dignity, security and stability of the nation.
He highlighted that the homes represent a translation of the wise leadership’s directives to take care of the martyrs’ families and support them. He noted that they are in direct and constant contact with the families to ensure they get the homes.
The first batch of homes was presented on Martyrs’ Day last year in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to support the martyrs’ families and fulfil their needs.
The houses have a unified architecture that is inspired from the UAE fortress that represents a deep-rooted history with values of glory.
