The State Security Court (SSC) on Wednesday issued verdicts in cases against 5 defendants, convicting them of joining and promoting and the Daesh terrorist group.

The court sentenced 5 men to 6-7 year prison terms with hard labour for promoting the ideology of the terrorist group.

The court also examined 30 terror cases in open sessions that were held amid tight security.
