The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with @World, an international real estate marketing company, to co-operate to provide excellent services to the customers of the programme.

It will enable citizens obtaining housing support to acquire a house according to the best environmental and constructional standards, as well as quickly in minimum costs.

The signing of the MoU was attended by Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, as it was signed by Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Executive Director for Engineering in the programme, and Dr. Mohammed Saleh, CEO of @World, in the presence of Eng. Jamila Al Fandi, Executive Director of the programme.

The MoU stipulates that @World will provide exceptional services to the programme customers by presenting the available houses, as well as providing designs, architectural and constructional solutions that will contribute to reducing the costs and raising the quality of the houses.

The MoU specifies that the company shall provide special offers in terms of prices and specifications to the nationals complying with the housing support provided by the programme, and the company will also invite customers to visit the headquarters of the building materials exhibition in Dubai Investments Park or any other branches of the company to present design, building materials and the estimated cost of construction and furnishing.

Eng. Al Mansouri highlighted that the MoU was in line with the programme’s strategic goals of ensuring the provision of all administrative services that comply with quality, efficiency and transparency standards.

The MoU will contribute in promoting partnership with the private sector to raise the customers’ happiness index, as well as diversify the solutions to build houses and enable the beneficiaries to choose what is more appropriate to their ambitions and aspirations, he added.

He noted that the MoU aimed to provide a building materials market that would contribute to achieving housing stability for the nationals.

Mohammed Saleh expressed his happiness at the joint co-operation with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, which is aimed at providing value-added services to the customers, as well as housing units of high value to the customers in minimum costs.
