Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has received a delegation from Bani Khalid tribe, who congratulated him on his appointment by a royal decree as Governor of the Southern Governorate. Imam of the Mosque of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Damam, Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Nabi Al-Hajri, was present.

The delegation praised the Governor’s high competence in taking on his new responsibilities, especially in following up development projects to meet the needs of governorate citizens.

The Governor pointed out the significance of exchanging visits and building solid social communication for boosting ties to follow in the steps of fathers and grandfathers to complement the genuine Arab customs and traditions.
