A Syrian jet fired a missile Wednesday that hit a home in the Bekaa border town of Arsal, the National News Agency reported. NNA said the missile hit a home belonging to the Awad family on the outskirts of Arsal, east Lebanon, causing material damage. No causalities were reported in the latest in a series of Syrian violations of Lebanese sovereignty. Residents of the town of Arsal have been outspoken opponents of the Syrian regime since the conflict began.
