The Observatory for Anomalous and Takfiri Fatwas of Darul Iftaa balked at Brotherhood's mourning of executed terrorist Adel Habbara who was convicted in the second Rafah massacre case.
The attack left behind 25 central security soldiers in August 2013 in Rafah.
In a statement on Tuesday, the observatory said the action represents the Brotherhood's flagrant support for terror and violence.
The Brotherhood group officially backed terrorists and extremists who killed Egyptians, especially army and policemen in Sinai, read the statement.
The group has promoted itself in the media abroad as a peaceful group that does not believe in violence, but its stand towards Habbara uncovered the group's real position.
The observatory called for bringing to lime light the fake stand of the Brotherhood group.
