Total calmness prevailed on Sunday in Ain al Hilweh refugee camp in southern Lebanon after a ceasefire agreement was reached.

A ceasefire was secured in the camp after contacts were conducted by the Lebanese and Palestinian national and Islamic forces.

Two people were killed and seven others injured during yesterday's clashes between Palestinian forces and two extremist groups.
