A militant cell consisting of two members was dismantled and its members were arrested by Tunisian national guards in Sidi Bouzid, the Interior Ministry said in a press release, state news agency TAP reported.
The two were in constant contact via the Internet with a third person abroad who used to send them money to recruit new members and send them to militant groups holed up in mountains or to fight on behalf of the ISIS group in Libya, the ministry said, noting that an arrest warrant was issued for the third person.
