Egyptian singer Amr Mostafa denied that his popularity decreased over the past two years. Amr said to Arabstoday: "The rumours about me are all untrue. I have become even more popular after the revolution and these unfair gossip don't affect me. "I haven't been sitting at home, contrary to what people think. I am preparing my new album - which will be full of surprises for my fans." Amr was against overthrowing the former president Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and never changed his political mind.
