Lebanese investments in Egypt amount to USD 4 billion, said Egypt's ambassador in Beirut Mohamed Badr.
In press statements, the ambassador said Egypt will host the second Lebanese-Egyptian Business Forum on November 10 in a bid to increase joint investments.
He pointed out that the Lebanese investments in Egypt would be increased in the coming period.
The two side hope that certain pending trade and investment-related problems would be solved before the forum kicks off, he underscored.
The forum is meant to promote trade and investment between the two countries, according to ambassador Badr.
