11 Kenyans were killed while 10 others were wounded Friday in clash between rival communities in the Tana region, southeastern Kenya Red Cross said. Red Cross rescue teams were sent to the scene of the incident, in response. The fight sparked between farmers and herders of two communities over the use of land and water resources. Last month 52 people were massacred at Riketa village, Kenya\'s southeast, between the Pokomo and Orma communities for the same reason. In 2001, a total of 130 people were also killed in a similar clash.
