Israeli forces firing tear gas canisters

Dozens of Palestinians were hurt on Sunday when Israeli forces fired tear gas during a raid in the town of Beit Ummar north of the West Bank city of Hebron.

The Coordinator of the Popular Committee Against the Wall and Settlements, Mohammad Awad, said in a statement that Israeli forces stormed Khallat al-Ein east of Beit Ummar and fired tear gas canisters at Palestinian homes, leaving dozens of residents suffering from breathing problems, including a woman and her daughter, who were transferred for medical care to a nearby medical clinic.
