Four Palestinians were wounded in clashes with Israeli occupation forces in northern Gaza strip, said medical sources on Friday. 

The Israeli troops fired tear gas and rubber bullets at dozens of Palestinians who gathered near the border in Jabalia, leaving four youths wounded, the sources said.

They were moved to hospital.
