Ezz El-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas movement, said it has fired 3,621 rockets at Israel during its seven-week conflict with Israel.
"Enemies and friends were surprised at our military capabilities despite the blockade," the group said in a statement.
Israel and the Palestinians are holding a ceasefire that ended 50 days of air strikes in the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian health officials say 2,139 people, most of them civilians, including more than 490 children, have been killed in the enclave since July 8, when Israel launched the offensive.
