Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot dead a Palestinian young man in Hebron in the southern occupied West Bank. 
IOF prevented crews from the Red Crescent to access to the placeand took the body to an unknown destination He was the fourth Palestinian to be killed by Israeli forces in less than 24 hours.
