Tehran - QNA
Nuclear talks between Iran and G5+1 are to resume in less than two weeks, senior Iranian nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi said.
He made the remarks while talking to Japan's (Kyodo) News in New York on Sunday.
According to the Kyodo News website, he said Iran and six world powers will resume their nuclear talks in a European city in less than two weeks, with "differences on major issues" still remaining.
"We have been able to have a much better understanding in a constructive atmosphere but there are differences on major issues," Deputy Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi told the news agency.
Iran and the six powers -- Russia, France, China, Britain, the United States and Germany -- had 11 days of nuclear talks on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting in New York.
