Israeli forces arrested on Sunday a 55-year-old Palestinian MP as well as the former minister of Local Government.

Occupation forces stormed the homes of MP Hatem Kafisha and former minister Eissa Jaabari in Hebron and arrested them.

The latest arrests in the West Bank city raise the number of Palestinian MPs detained by the occupation forces to six legislators.

In a separate incident, several arrests were made during Israel forces' crackdowns on a number of homes in Hebron.
