Israeli Authorities on Wednesday endorsed construction plans for 49 housing units in Ramot settlement, north-west of Al Quds.
The units would be constructed on area of two acres, according to the Israeli Walla news website.
Settlement construction was one of the main reasons behind the stalled negotiations with Palestine.
