Israeli forces detained two Palestinian fishermen off the northern shores of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources said Israeli gunboats fired at the fishermen, led the two detained to an unknown place and confiscated their boat and fishing tools.

Israeli forces have repeatedly opened fire on Palestinian civilians near the border since the ceasefire agreement signed August 26, 2014 that ended a 50-day war between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement.
