Israel targets farmers, shepherds in Gaza

Israeli occupation forces on Thursday opened fire heavily at a number of farmers and shepherds in northern and eastern Gaza Strip near the borderline with Israel.

The Israeli forces stationed at the border randomly opened fire at farmers and shepherds in the agricultural lands situated in northern and eastern Gaza, according to local sources.

No injuries were reported, added the sources.

Israeli forces have repeatedly opened fire on Palestinian civilians near the border since the ceasefire agreement signed August 26, 2014 that ended a 50-day war between Israel and Palestinian Hamas movement.
