Israeli forces turned al Quds, especially its center, into a military barrack.

The strict Israeli measures coincide with the Jewish feast of Yom Kippur, the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported on Tuesday.

The measures, which include closing main roads, will continue until Wednesday evening.

Gangs continued attacking Jerusalemites and their properties.

At the northern entrance of Bethlehem, two Palestinian youths were injured by Israeli fire.
