Israeli occupation forces Saturday detained four Palestinians and summoned four others from across the West Bank districts, according to local and security sources.
In Hebron, forces detained two Palestinians from al-Fawwar and al-Aroub refugee camps. They were identified as Hamadi Hlaiqawi, and Rabah Fdelat, respectively. They were both taken to an unknown destination.
In Jenin, Israeli soldiers detained 28-year-old Nedal Sbaihat, an ex-detainee who spent time in Israeli jails, at a flying Israeli military checkpoint near Ramallah, as he was heading home to Jenin’s village of Romaneh.
Forces also detained a youth identified as Nafez al-Ashhab, after raiding and searching his home in Qalandia Refugee Camp to the north of Jerusalem. He was led to a detention and interrogation center in Jerusalem city.
Meanwhile, forces summoned four Palestinian locals from Bethlehem’s city and the town of al-Khader to appear before the Israeli intelligence for interrogation.
Coordinator of the anti apartheid wall and settlement committee, Ahmad Salah, informed WAFA forces handed Nabli Mousa, 22, Hamzeh a-Kobur, 26, and Mohammed Salah, 22, after raiding and searching their families’ homes in the town of al-Khader to the south.
Forces also handed local Hamzeh Kan’an, 22, a similar notice, after raiding and searching his home in Bethlehem’s city.
