Israeli occupation forces stepped up their presence in the occupied Shebaa Farms in Lebanon on Sunday.
Israeli soldiers were deployed along the area from Ghajar village in the west to Al Sheikh mountains in eastern Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Israeli aircraft violated Lebanon's airspace and flew over Marjayoun town in the south of the country.
A state of cautious calm is now prevailing in southern Lebanon after Israeli jet fighters launched strikes against Hezbollah and the Syrian army in Qalamun area on the Lebanese-Syrian border.
