Israeli occupation troops detained 11 Palestinians from the West Bank

Israeli occupation troops detained 11 Palestinians from the West Bank, including five from Jerusalem, three from Bethlehem, two from Jenin, one from Ramallah and one from Al Birah.

Meantime, Israeli forces prevented farmers from Deir al Hatab, eastern Nablus, from reaching their lands to harvest olives and forced them to be thoroughly searched. The farmers objected to such procedures and left the place, a settlement file officer in northern West Bank said Tuesday.

In Hebron, a number of Palestinians suffocated when Israeli troops fired tear gas bombs while searching through a Palestinian prisoner's house. The injured were treated at the site, local and security sources said.

The troops stormed a number of neighborhoods in Hebron and set up security barriers at entrances to Saeer and Halhoul towns and at the city's northern entrance.
