The Israeli troops opened fire Thursday on the boats of the Palestinian fishermen off Gaza Strip coast.

The Israeli military vessels randomly opened fire at the boats of the Palestinian fishermen near Beit Lahia in northern the enclave, according to local sources.

The fishermen were forced to return to the coast, with no casualties reported, the sources noted.
