Several Palestinian fishermen were shot and wounded by Israeli naval boats off Rafah coast in south Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian information and news agency "WAFA".
WAFA quoted eyewitnesses who said that Israeli boats fired live ammunition at Palestinian fishing boats off Rafah coast, which resulted in several physical injuries who had to be rushed to hospital in the city for medical treatment in medium to critical condition.
WAFA added that fire broke out in two fishing boats and completed gutted them injuring crews on board both boats.
