Israeli occupation forces detained three Palestinian fishermen off northern Gaza's shores, head of the Palestinian fishermen society Nizar Ayash said on Thursday.

The Israeli navy intercepted a fishing boat carrying three Palestinian fishermen and take them to the Israeli Port of Ashdod, he added.

Israeli forces have repeatedly opened fire at fishermen along the Gaza Strip coast.
