North Korea refused Friday to accept a South Korean parliamentary resolution calling for the resumption of inter-Korean dialogue, the unification ministry said.
In late December, the National Assembly passed the resolution, which calls for preparations for unification with the North and talks between the rival Koreas, in a bid to thaw tensions on the peninsula.
